The culinary delights at Brilliant All Day Dining Restaurant are designed by our team of chefs to reflect the characteristics of various international cuisines, incorporating a plethora of fresh local ingredients from Taiwan, while also showcasing the classic dishes of Northeastern Japan. With open kitchen and a variety of freshly prepared dishes, we present a range of exquisite dishes based on the framework of Western set menus, allowing you to indulge in a unique boutique buffet experience. In addition, we offer a selection of classic Taiwanese dishes, Japanese cuisine, as well as delicate and delicious desserts, ice cream, and more.

Under the guidance of Executive Chef Masahiro Ishihara from The Tokyo Station Hotel in Japan, and in collaboration with Chef of Brilliant- Kevin Chen, the "Japanese Gourmet Festival Buffet" will be launched from July to August. The limited-time menu, available for lunch and dinner, features dishes made with Japanese domestic beef and fresh seafood. Highlights include "Pan-fried Japanese Beef," "Grilled Australian Wagyu Beef Nigiri Sushi," " Fresh Fish Carpaccio Salad," "Eel Hand-roll Sushi," "Backed Oysters with Mentaiko," "Backed Fish with Miso and Chives," " Fish Soup, Hokkaido Style," "Stir-Fried Bitter Melon Okinawa-style," "Seafood Okonomiyaki," "Burdock Cream Soup," and "Urchin Risotto." Additionally, a "Beef Curry," served concurrently at The Tokyo Station Hotel, will be available. Guests can also indulge in popular delicacies such as "Beef Wellington," "Provençal Herb Roasted Lamb Chops," and "French Braised Beef Tongue."

In the dessert section, don't miss the crowd-favorite "Handmade Dorayaki," along with traditional sweets from the Edo period such as "Matcha Yokan," "Kuzumochi," "Sakuramochi," and "Warabimochi." The "Fruit Daifuku Mochi," featuring fresh mango, adds a colorful and delightful touch to the array of Japanese desserts.
