We invite you and your family to welcome the new year with abundant blessings and share in the wonderful culinary moments of the season!

ALL DAY DINING "BRILLIANT"

The Brilliant All-Day Dining Restaurant, led by Executive Chef Chen Yung-Ju, presents over a hundred exquisite dishes. Special, limited-edition à la carte selections will also be exclusively available during the Lunar New Year’s Eve Dinner, and the Second Day of Lunar New Year’s Lunch and Dinner services.


※Lunar New Year’s Eve Dinner is offered in two seating periods: 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM; and 7:45 PM – 9:45 PM.
※The special à la carte dish is limited to one per person during the Lunar New Year's Eve and the Second Day of Lunar New Year's Lunch and Dinner services. (Infants under the age of six are not included.)

CHINESE RESTAURANT "KAI HUA LOU"

Kai Hua Lou Chinese Restaurant is helmed by Executive Chef Yang De-Xing, who boasts over 30 years of culinary experience. Chef Yang specializes in nourishing imperial cuisine and a diverse range of regional Chinese dishes. During the Lunar New Year, the restaurant will offer both individual set menus and large banquet tables for family reunions. Guests may also choose to order from a selection of classic signature dishes à la carte.


※ Lunar New Year's Eve Operating Hours: Doors open at 5:30 PM; Dinner service begins at 6:00 PM.

※ Lunar New Year's Eve Dinner (February 16th, 2026) will exclusively feature fixed banquet menus (table sets):
Open Seating: NT$41,999 (for 10 guests)
Private Dining Rooms: NT$42,999 (for 10 guests)

※ During the Lunar New Year Holiday (February 17th - 21st, 2026, from the 1st to the 5th day of the Lunar New Year):
The full à la carte menu will be available. Additionally, special set menus or banquet tables such as the 貴妃筵席 and the 乾隆筵席 will be offered.

※ Note on Tea Service: All prices are subject to an additional charge for tea service, except for the Lunar New Year's Eve Dinner, where the tea charge is already included.

JAPANESE RESTAURANT "HAYASE"

HAYASE Japanese Cuisine Restaurant is led by Executive Chef Yukio Gunji, a native of Sendai, Japan. Chef Gunji masterfully blends the culinary traditions of Japan's Tohoku region with creative adaptations using locally sourced Taiwanese ingredients. This year, the Chef has curated several exclusive Spring Festival set menus, named after different areas—including 青葉, 丸森, 鳳鳴, and 仙台—to ensure your new year is filled with abundant fortune.

※ Lunar New Year's Eve (February 16th, 2026) Operating Hours: Dinner service begins at 5:30 PM.
※ Guests dining between 5:30 PM and 7:15 PM on Lunar New Year’s Eve will enjoy a waiver of the 10% service charge.
※ A deposit of NT$2,000 per person is required for all reservations made from Lunar New Year’s Eve through the third day of the Lunar New Year (February 16th – February 19th).
