Q.How many guests can be accommodated in a room?
A.Each guest room can accommodate 1 to 2 people.
Rooms in the category of Deluxe Premier King (43㎡) and higher can add an extra bed and accommodate up to 3 guests, with an extra bed fee of NT$1,800 (tax included).
Connecting room types can accommodate 4 to 6 guests.

A.*Date of arrival: Cancellation fee is 100% of first night's accommodation fee.

Q.Can I check in late?
A.If you are sure of your arrival time, please notify us at the time of your reservation or contact our receptionists.
In case you may not be able to arrive by your scheduled time, please be sure to contact our Hotel. Our Hotel does not have a curfew.
Q.Can I request a certain room number or higher-level floors?
A.As room numbers are in principle determined on the day of arrival, we are sorry that we are not able to offer this service.
On the other hand, if you would like to check-in to a higher-level guest room, please make the request at the time of your reservation, and our Hotel will do our best to satisfy your need.
Q.I want to send my luggage to the Hotel via delivery service.
A.For your delivery, please be sure to write a note “Transfer to Service Center” under “Recipient”.
Also, when you are sending your luggage via delivery, please clearly write down the name on the room reservation and check-in date.
