HAYASE presents a curated tasting of Fukushima sake and white wine, offering three distinctive expressions in one experience. Paired with cuisine, each selection reveals deeper layers of aroma and refined character.

This project is a special initiative presented in conjunction with the tourism campaign “Fukushima Destination Campaign (DC)” aimed at promoting the attractions of Fukushima.

Rich fruity aromas with a dignified edge. Lush yet well-structured, smooth on the palate, and slightly sweet—ideal as an aperitif.

Iwaki Winery – Barrel-Aged Chardonnay 2022 (White Wine)
