This Mother’s Day, honor the most important woman in your life with an opulent banquet featuring the flavors of the Beijing Imperial Court. Led by Executive Chef Yang De-xing, our culinary team presents a series of nourishing delicacies, including Double-boiled Fish Maw for Longevity, the signature Beijing Duck, and Steamed King Prawns with Minced Garlic. Gather the whole family for a heartwarming celebration of love and gratitude.

At HAYASE Japanese Cuisine, Executive Chef Yukio Gunji presents a creative Mother’s Day menu inspired by May’s birthstone, the emerald.
Blending premium ingredients from Japan’s Tohoku region with locally sourced Taiwanese produce, this limited-time offering is a heartfelt tribute to mothers.
