In response to internal operations, the following adjustments have been made to operating hours:

1. April 3rd~4th:
- Brilliant:
- April 3rd Lunch and dinner and April 4th lunch will follow the weekday pricing of NT$1,480 + 10%.
- Platform:
- Afternoon tea vouchers will be available.
- KaiHuaLou:
- Business Lunch vouchers will be available.

2. ITF Travel Fair Voucher - HAYASE Japanese Cuisine Lunch Set Dinner Offer

To enhance the dining experience for our guests, we are pleased to introduce the ITF Lunch Set Dinner Offer at HAYASE Japanese Cuisine. From now until May 31, 2025, guests holding an HAYASE ITF Lunch Set Voucher (NT$1,100 face value) can redeem it for NT$1,200 towards dinner.

◼ Eligible Vouchers: HAYASE Japanese Cuisine ITF Lunch Set Voucher (NT$1,100 face value). Not applicable to NT$0 complimentary vouchers.
◼ Redemption Value: NT$1,200 for dinner.
◼ Applicable Time: Dinner only.
◼ Applicable Dining Areas: HAYASE Japanese Cuisine - Kaiseki, Private Dining Rooms, Teppanyaki.
◼ Validity Period: From now until May 31, 2025.
◼ Blackout Dates: May 10–11, 2025 (Mother’s Day weekend).


3. May 1st (Thu) Labor Day Dining Prices

◼ Brilliant All-Day Dining: Weekday pricing applies, and meal vouchers as well as all on-site promotions are valid.
◼ Platform Town: Weekday Afternoon Tea Set for Two will be treated as a weekday offer.
