With open kitchen and a variety of freshly prepared dishes, we present a range of exquisite dishes based on the framework of Western set menus, allowing you to indulge in a unique boutique buffet experience. In addition, we offer a selection of classic Taiwanese dishes, Japanese cuisine, as well as delicate and delicious desserts, ice cream, and more.

During the month of May and June, we are pleased to present Italian cuisine themed buffet featuring a selection of delectable dishes, besides Brilliant signature dishes of Chef's special spiced roasted rib-eye steak, Sous-vide tomahawk pork chops with Italian salsa sauce, along with large variety of seafood selection, it also includes diverse classic Italian dishes, such as Porcini mushroom ravioli with pumpkin sauce, Acqua pazza, Truffle mushroom risotto, Ossobuco alla Milanese, Margherita pizza, Balsamic roasted vegetables, other than that, don’t miss our delightful desserts, such as Naples classic dessert: Zeppole di San Giuseppe & Pastiera napoletana, Torta caprese from Capri Island in southern Italy, and other famous dessert with full of Italian romance!
