「BRILLIANT」 Southeast Asian Cuisine - Themed Buffet
This early summer, Brilliant invites you to explore the vibrant flavors of Southeast Asia.
From May 5 to July 9, 2026, the restaurant launches its “Southeast Asian Cuisine” themed buffet. Highlights include refreshing Vietnamese fresh spring rolls, Thai volcano pork ribs and spicy beef salad, green curry crab, Indonesian seafood fried rice, satay chicken skewers, and Tom Yum seafood soup.
A harmonious blend of aromatic spices creates bold, layered flavors—perfectly balancing sour, spicy, salty, and savory notes.
