Experience the artistry of Japanese teppanyaki right before your eyes, as our chefs bring the rich flavors of premium wagyu beef and exquisite seafood to life. From August 15, HAYASE unveils its brand-new seasonal menu: “錦秋 鉄火旬響”.
🔹Lunch NT$2,480 : Premium wagyu, seared prawn with mentaiko, Iberico pork, lamb chops, Hokkaido scallops, and more.
🔸Dinner NT$3,800 : Indulge in French blue lobster prepared three ways, Hokkaido sea urchin, fresh oysters, conger eel, Japanese wagyu, and foie gras hand rolls.
On the sizzling teppan, flavors dance and aromas linger, perfectly paired with our curated selection of red and white wines for a symphony of elegance and depth.
