Notice of Brand Strategy Adjustment & Membership Benefits Update

We sincerely appreciate your continued support and patronage.
In order to further optimize our brand strategy and strengthen the value of our own brand, our hotel will conclude its partnership with Preferred Hotels & Resorts effective May 31, 2026.

This adjustment is based on our mid- to long-term brand development strategy.
Moving forward, we will further enhance our unique brand positioning while continuously elevating the quality of our accommodations, dining experiences, and overall service standards, in order to provide guests with a more distinctive and enriching stay.

Membership Benefits Update
■ Existing Reservations and Stays
All reservations made through Preferred Hotels & Resorts will continue to be honored in accordance with the original booking terms and conditions, including stays on or after June 1, 2026. Guests may rest assured that their stay will be fully accommodated as confirmed.

■ Preferred Membership Benefits
For reservations made through Preferred Hotels & Resorts with stay dates on or after June 1, 2026, membership benefits including point accrual and associated privileges will no longer apply at our hotel.

■ Points and Membership Status
For matters related to Preferred Hotels & Resorts points, membership tiers, and associated benefits, please refer to their official policies or contact Preferred Hotels & Resorts customer service directly.

Our hotel remains committed to delivering exceptional service to all guests and will continue to introduce enhanced offerings and exclusive experiences through our own programs.
