Inspired by the emerald, the birthstone of May, HAYASE Japanese Cuisine presents a Mother’s Day exclusive kaiseki that blends Tohoku’s finest delicacies with Taiwan’s local ingredients, honoring the most precious mothers. Executive Chef Yukio Gunji carefully selects premium Japanese seafood and Wagyu beef, crafting a three-tiered hinoki bento box resembling a jewelry case, complemented by bouquet sushi for an elegant kaiseki experience.
